TUI’s new retail strategy makes brick and mortar stores relevant once again. We melded the digital with the tactile to create the international atmosphere of a hotel lobby. Visitors enjoy the ambience of the bars and sofa landscapes, the high level of inspiration provided by interactive digital touchpoints and the service-focused travel agents, all of it optimized with mobile devices and current travel content.

This multi-channel approach allows every customer an experiential taste of their upcoming vacation.

The first TUI store planned by NEST ONE opened in November 2014 in Stuttgart. Additional stores have since been opened in Düsseldorf, Hannover, Berlin, Bremen, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Consultation, inspiration, service and ambience have once again transformed a visit to the travel agency into an experience.
